Just took a few shots and thought I’d share
1. VFT trap opening after consuming its prey
2. Baby VFT that split from its parent (next to my Sharpie) – I’d estimate this is a 1 year old plant
3. More grown and mature VFT (next to Sharpie)
4. A couple of plants are flowering – need to chop them off!

Here is a little info about my indoor setup.
1) Utility rack
2) Fluorescent lighting (fish/plant lights). I got those from a local pet store which specializes in fish.
3) Aluminum foil
4) Drinking water since most plants require distilled or rain water.
It sort of the most basic setup to get any sort of results. I use alot of tupperware which you will see as we move on.
My basic materials include potting soil (for perennials). This main consists of peat moss, perlite and fertilizer. As for the carnivores I got a huge bag of Peat Subtrate (peat moss) from Jassim Trading, as well as a big bag of perlite from the same place.
